Security Notice: You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
All services provided by Monami Digital Hub are subject to a separate service agreement that outlines the specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
Payment for services must be made according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website or in your invoice.
Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement. Digital products and services that have been delivered may not be eligible for refunds once work has commenced.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Monami Digital Hub and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Upon full payment for services, all deliverables specifically created for you as part of our service agreement become your property, unless otherwise specified. However, we retain the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.
We may use third-party materials, including stock photos, fonts, and software, in our work. You agree that we are not responsible for any licensing requirements for third-party materials unless explicitly stated in your service agreement.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, customer data, technical information, and trade secrets.
This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of our business relationship and shall remain in effect for a period of five (5) years from the date of disclosure.
In no event shall Monami Digital Hub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any cause of action whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the Service during the term of the service agreement.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Monami Digital Hub and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Notification: It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Monami Digital Hub regarding the use of the Service, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Monami Digital Hub.
